Macadam Foundry uses two Hunter automated molding machines to increase production runs.Our Hunter HMP-10 and HMP-20 molding machines insure you repeatable quality unmatched by any hand work available today.
We are equipped to handle large or single run items on jolt squeezer machines. For extra large parts, we employ a jolt Roto-Lift line, allowing our craftsmen the versitility to produce very large or small run items.
Macadam offers a variety of casting finishes and regularly produces castings pressure tight to requirements exceeding 2500 psi.We use only quality metals, melted and heat treated to exact specifications.
With the use of matchplate tooling, parts are guaranteed to be exact.
